Seasons of Fundraising is a fundraising company that helps organizations raise money through the Butter Braid fundraising program. We can provide your organization with a high profit product and marketing materials to help you promote your campaign and reach your fundraising goals.

With product fundraising, Seasons of Fundraising provides your organization with a selection of Butter Braid flavors to sell, and your supporters purchase the products to support your cause. Seasons of Fundraising handles the online portal creation and delivery of the products, and your organization keeps a portion of the sales as profit.

Your fundraising program’s online store is designed to make selling easier, faster, and more convenient for both sellers and supporters.

Once the group leader has confirmed your fundraising dates they will receive a custom ‘Group Portal Link’. Clicking on that link will bring them to a ’Set Up’ page where they follow the steps provided to begin their fundraising process.

Each seller will receive their own unique link to the online store. They can share this link via text, email, or social media, so friends and family can place their orders directly online and pay securely with a credit card or mobile wallet.

You will receive 85% of online donations. Any donation online (through the online store) will have a 15% processing fee. Cash donations to not apply to a processing fee. 

Each Butter Braid sells for $17. Your seller will make a $6 profit per Butter Braid.

Absolutely! We will send you a printable PDF of a dual side order form. This can be printed off on any weight of paper and in color. All of the paper orders will need to be manually inputted into the online portal.

We do not penalize our groups for selling under a certain amount by charging a fee for not reaching a minimum product order. However, we do not offer free delivery on orders where there are less than 250 Butter Braids sold. You may choose to have delivery for pro-rated fee (Ex. If 200 Butter Braids sold there would be a $50 delivery fee). For groups who sell under 250 you may opt to pick up from our Raleigh/Benson location for free. 

Seasons of Fundraising does not ship any of our frozen Butter Braid products. The individual seller can decide to personally ship their customers product we just highly encourage not to.
